Creating Groups

good morning Trevor,  thank you for responding so fast,  I'll do my best to explain what I've done & how I was shown to do this in a training video from someone that uses this all the time & I'm confident that she knows what she's doing, however I have never used these Libraries before so I feel lost,  " I am lost "  as far as this goes. I bought some overlays from her that she created , it's quite a lot of them.  so she told us / me in the video to " 1st " open up the Windows , go down to " Libraries "  panel & open it up , so I did that,  she then said to go to the CC Library , create a new " Library "  & name it,  next step was to create a new group for each of the downloaded pkg of Overlays.  then she captured al of the items in the first group of overlays & dragged them into the file Group name that corresponded to those overlays, when she dropped them in, you can actually see them opening up in that file.   When I did that same process,  it appears that nothing was added to my group file.  next step she went to the Library file inside of PS, you can see all of the overlays she added to those Library inside of Creative Cloud ( her acct ).  But when I did the same thing,  I cannot see mine.  attached a copy.   I attached a copy of both files, not sure if this will help you to see what I did wrong, or what I need to correct.  I know I can save these overlays directly on my hard drive, but I'm assuming doing them this way should benefit me in saving HD space, right ?  I've never used the Library & don't know how!  Thanks
