Creative Cloud files not copied to iCloud Drive

I copied a folder from my Mac documents to my iCloud Drive but turns out everything in the folder has copied over except for all open files (psd, ai, aep etc.) I've looked around for solves on the forums and online but nothing is coming up. Please help!

Hi. Open files rarely do copy to other places…

Hi. When you open a file, the operating system might lock the file and prevent it from being copied.
