Creative Cloud Keeps Asking for Photoshop Preferences

I've recently been having issues with a dobe. I'm not 100% if it's Photoshop or the Creative Cloud that's causing this to happen. Issues started small with Photoshop not being able to create a new file. It ended up resolving on its own, but now the Creative Cloud keeps asking if I want to keep or remove Photoshop preferences before uninstalling.

I've uninstalled apps, reinstalled apps, and run repairs through my computer and Adobe clean-up tool. I've done everything I could think of and suggestions on online forums. It has become a nuisance at this point. I can't switch tabs without the Creative Cloud opening up and asking about Photoshop. I could be in the middle of a game, and it opens up on its own. I don't want to have to install the Creative Cloud or certain apps every time I want to use them.

@Sypherin this sounds like you are not an Admin on the Windows account.

Creative Cloud Desktop app is required to run the other applications.

Not sure why your Photoshop keeps trying to uninstall though. What happens if you click "remove" and let it run?

There's only one Windows account on my computer and it is set to Admin. When I click "remove", it runs through the process of uninstalling Photoshop. Even if it's not installed. It'll repeat the process of asking me if I want to keep Photoshop preferences.

@Ares Hovhannesyan ah - are you using the Windows remove action and not Uninstall via the Creative Cloud app?

Did you try to remove photoshop preferences manually before action?

I've done both through Photoshop and when Creative Cloud asks me. The first time I did it through the Creative Cloud. I'm not sure if that's where the issue started with this.

Interestingly enough, the issue ended up resolving on its own while I slept. The Creative Cloud isn't forcing itself to open anymore, and it's not asking for Photoshop preferences either. I think uninstalling all the Adobe apps, the Creative Cloud, and giving my computer to register everything, ended up being the solution.
