Creative Cloud libraries not working in Photoshop 21.2

photoshop21.2バージョンのCCライブラリーが編集しても反映されなかったり、エラーで追加できなかったりなど不具合出てます。一個前のバージョンに戻したら解消できますが、致命的な不具合なので修正お願いします。
