Restarted and launched photoshop, checked for updates through CC App and Photoshop CC, but says it does not have an update.
Would like to try and solve as I would like to get usingthe generator part in the update.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Try updating CC App from following link:
http://www.adobe.com/appsmanager/index.html
Once done check for updates, If this still does not solve the problem, then please let us know.

I'm having very similar problems.
Enterprise CC (Education)
Windows 8 x64
Updated Creative Cloud app
Checked for updates through Cloud app - says everything is up to date, but Photoshop is 14.0, and others are .0 versions. No updates available.
Update is grayed out in Photoshop menu. Bridge Update give no internet or non-admin - tried with both, still nothing.

I'm having the same problems showing an up-to-date PS 14.0 and no updatable 14.1 present. I continue to see a message from you as to checking private messages as to how to resolve the issue. In a forum like this, why wouldn't you just post the resolution publicly? Makes no sense. It's the weekend and I've been trying to resolve this problem for 2 days now. It would seem that a solution exists and you fail to post it publicly? Wow! Could you make this process more frustrating? Please provide the details on what files to remove to resolve this issue. I've uninstalled then re-installed both Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC2014. Thank you.

I don't remember even what the problem was. I know I had to uninstall
creative cloud desktop and reinstall it, then they ended up with another
update in short order for both PS and CC desktop anyway. I'm elderly now
and have memory issues, so don't be so harsh. I didn't get any resolution
from them so I gave up on the private msgs, though I don't recall their
details. All I did was above. I'm sorry you're pissed. Try not recalling
what you had for lunch, or where you were last week when you look at a pic
of yourself there. You may be a bit more empathetic once you realize the
