Creative Suite CS3 activation problems

I am a current Creative Cloud user but also have an old license for Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.  I have CC installed on my desktop computer and a laptop which I use when in the field.

I have a third machine which I occasionally use for photo editing and would like to install and activate Photoshop CS3 on.  Unfortunately, the original machine it was installed on no longer exists so  I can't deactivate my CS3 license.  I waited on the chat support system for 90 minutes only to be told that the activation server has been retired so I can't use this license.  In addition to this the person said that this version doesn't work on Windows 10.

I can say from personal experience that both Photoshop CS2 and CS3 both work without problems on  Windows 10 x64.  I'm sure that many of you on this forum have heard about people installing Photoshop CS2 for "free."  I can confirm that this is NOT a myth and was able to download a license key from my Adobe account and use it to successfully install and use CS2 on my laptop running Windows 10 Pro x64.

I've installed CS3 on the same machine after performing a clean install of a newer version of Windows 10 and would like to activate and use this license.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thank you for your assistance.

Unfortunately CS2 and CS3 are now officially dead products according to Adobe. Adobe shut down the activation servers for both a couple of years ago.

Adobe used to provide non-activation installers to licensed owners of CS2 and CS3 but download links were quietly removed from the Adobe website last year. There is now no way of reinstalling CS2 or CS3.

I've read in another thread that Adoe produced another installer which did not require activation.  I was not able to find this on the site.

Does anyone know where I can get this?
