CROATIA PHOTOSHOP PRICE disgusting predatory finance model

So FIRST off, im a CROATIAN, and second off, im being feed for a License for €27.33 a month for a YEARLY plan that i never wanted to subscribe to, but did so for the sake of dealing with the inconvenience.

 

Today i got billed €27.33 euros, which is quite a price for PHOTOSHOP alone, and now that i want to cancel the subscription, the finance team/Model/whoEverDecidedThisWasAGoodIdeaGreedyman, TO FEE ME A CANCELLATION FEE OF €103 EUROS?

 

ARE YOU PEOPLE AT ADOBE SANE?

 

INB4 your demonic Greedy Lawyers who have no moral compass or human soul, The "Agreement" i "signed" with adobe, which is more a CONDITION which only option i have is to deny, to Give MY hard earned 27.30 Euro for your CORP in America, Was that i pay 27.30 EURO a month for a year, i did not see ANY mention of any cancellation fees, how DARE you, you going to first throw exorbitant almost extortionate price for product that i need, and then FEE me a equally abhorrent FEE for refusing to pay you FURTHER?

 

After paying 379 Euro a year to your GREEDY company i think its time ( i ) terminate MY agreement with YOUR company and boycott ALL adobe products PERMANENTLY and run a local campaign to discourage people from signing your predatory agreement License. After 30 days pass i am terminating my "plan", stupid name (ie subscription) , and thats that.

 

You privilaged yacht riding [removed by moderator] people in California need a little wake up call, we dont have money to throw left and right over here in Europe...  but you do you.

 

  1. I call upon all people from Croatia to avlid this predatory product and company.

I suggest you do two things:

2. Read the terms of your plan. It sounds like you have an annual plan paid monthly. That is a commitment to 12 month periods, and cancelling within a 12 month period incurs a cancellation charge. https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/subscription-terms.html

I do see what happened. You purchased Photoshop only. US$22.99/mo* annual commitment. "Commitment" means you get a lower price if you agree to subscribe for a year.

*The exact price will vary by currency and country.

 

You might ask to be switched over to the Photography Plan: Photoshop + Lightroom for US$14.99 per month annual commitment.

One of the reasons the price varies by country is the different local taxes (VAT, GST, State tax), but the USA has paid less in the past.  In the days before the Creative Cloud Subscription model, Australia and New Zealand paid about 50% more than Adobe's USA customers.  This changed after Australian MP Ed Hussic took Adobe, Apple, Amazon and other tech companies to ta...  This was in 2013.

Just because you failed to read the cencellation policy, you get upset?  That is 100% on you.   Seriously?  You didn't read it?  It's been well documented, and is easy to locate, and super easy to even "google it".

Cancellation Terms:

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
