Crop Action has problem

Hi, I got a crop action but it has problem. One function, which is DELETE doesnt work. I markered it in screen shoot and add this message. May you help me to fix it.

If you're using the Crop Tool in Photoshop, hit the Enter key to commit changes. 

The delete key reverts your Crop Tool to it's original state.

I don't recommend using Crop Tool in automatic actions because the crop will be different for each image.

Insert a Stop to instruct user to complete with Crop Tool before proceeding to Play the next Action in your sequence.

I want to take referance a face of portrait and then get automaticly crop. finally do action for all images. May you help me about this idea.

Add. I have 10000 images maybe more much. So I need crop all on action. I dont have free time to crop one by one on photoshop. And ı think that you have a perfect solution way for this problem. Thanks.
