crop tool deactivated

after adobe's updates, i can't use ratio in crop tool.

It's deactivated.

how can i fix it.

Could it be that you are using an Artboard? If so, you can change the size in the Properties panel after first selecting the Artboard in the Layers panel.

 

If you remove the Artboard or create a new document without a default Artboard I think your Crop Tool will function as you expect.

Sorry that Crop ratio option in the manu bar are grayed out in Photoshop. 

 

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Does that happen with all the documents you work in Photoshop? Would you mind resetting Photoshop's preferences & see if it helps? See https://t.co/ulJI7cGn1G
