I'm working on a project and I was wondering if it is possible to extend part of an image outside of the crop but the rest of the image stays cropped the same Image 2-9-24 at 12.42 PM.jpg

Hi,

Double click on the background Layer so it becomes editable, Then rename it if you wish.

 

Duplicate the Layer, so you have a back up.

Next, hit V for the Move tool and click and drag to increase the image to you desired size and hit enter.
