CS5 and Twain - Import from scanner

I would appreciate any help about import from scanner. Using CS5 to import from scanner was not successful. I tried even pasting a Twain plug in into import/export folder, but again, no success.

Wow. This is so unlike Adobe to decide on my behalf  EXACTLY what my workflow should be.

Look forward to CS6 stripping more features/methods away from us stupid users who have no idea what we're doing!
