CS5 Installation on Win 10

I had the program Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 on a computer.  It crashed.  I am trying to install it on my new one. The new operation system is Windows 10.  I am having a very very hard time finding where to download this program .  I have my serial number.  Where can I go to get the whole program downloaded and is there anything I need to do because I am loading this on a new computer?

Thanks I have tried that site and it is not really user friendly.  I mean I am trying to down load the whole Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 program. and it is divided into the programs.  also I wonder what I need to do because it is on a new computer.
