CS6ServiceManager.exe-Application Error 0xc000007b. Completely stumped

After the latest obligatory, compulsory windows update, this error has killed my access to photoshop.  I have searched all over, and have found no alleviation from this problem.

It appears as though this is truly the "blue screen of death" for photoshop, because there is no fix for it.  Everyone that encounters this curse of an error is prohibited from using photoshop ever again.

Why is this allowed to happen?  Why haven't the software creators solved this?  Why can't I find any commentary as to how there can genuinely be a doomsday error for photoshop and no one has been able to solve it?

This particular issue has caused me to lose faith in the integrity of Adobe as a whole

I am not using Photoshop Lightroom.  I am using Photoshop CS6, and there is ***NO*** solution for this problem.  When it shows up, it's the same as saying "you may no longer use Photoshop (and likely any other Adobe software) from this device.  Have a nice day!"

It is an atrocity, and a deep testament to the incompetence of the software developers
