I have to say that's the most audacious scam that I've seen or heard about, ever. I'm going to repeat that: this is a scam.

 

Make no mistake: there is not, has never been, and will never be, a Photoshop CS7. The last CS version was CS6 in 2012. All legitimate serial numbers for CS6 were exhausted in 2016 or so. Since then, legitimate licenses have been Creative Cloud subscriptions, from $10 a month.

 

Don't install it! Just throw it away and take the loss. It very likely contains malware.

I wonder if you may have added »CS« and are really talking about Photoshop 7? 

Doesn’t change the situation as @D Fosse ’s advice applies either way. 

 

When you buy obsolete software from whoever (obviously not the makers of the software, as Adobe does not sell perpetual licenses anymore) you are taking a gamble and losses are a possibility.
