CSV Variable Data Import Error - Photoshop OS X

Hi,

I have created a Google sheet with my copy in, exported it as a CSV, and set up the variables in Photoshop.

When I attempt to import the CSV as the Data Set I get the following warning

Can anyone advise on where I am going wrong?

Could you try with first line, and shorten for a test cells content to see what causes the error?
