Ctrl/Cmd-Alt-Shift-E not Working

I’m having trouble with the Photoshop command “Ctrl/Cmd-Alt-Shift-E”. It doesn’t seem to be working for me. However, other commands such as “Ctrl/Cmd-E” and “Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-E” are functioning properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I know the post is already older, but the problem has been resolved by itself, however, it has come back again.

    I have tried resetting but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. Furthermore, I am happy to provide my data to everyone, I have no problem with that.

    Since when are you experiencing this trouble? Could you please share the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share with us via PM?

    You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

    Please back up your settings prior to resetting the preferences.
