Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E dont working in PS2023

Hello, I installed the PS23 and when I use Command+Shift+Alt+E a window appears to save the jpeg file. On PS22 the shortcut still works. Does anyone know what I can do to fix the shortcut on PS23?

Try going to Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts and see if you are using Default or Custom.
