Ctrl T and Ctrl D not working since the last update

I just updated photoshop to v 23.3 and the shortcuts ctrl + T and ctrl + D are no longer working. The ctrl + Z works just fine. The program was working fine yesterday and my keyboard don't have problems as well.

Them shortcuts are working fine for me with PS version 23.3, have you tried resetting your preferences
