Currently Selected Scratch Disk is full - but won't let me select another - Photoshop

I've tried the Command+Option, and can still not select another scratch disk(?) and can't seem to clear it even though I sent all of my psd files to the trash. I even uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop and tried to clear my settings, and still no dice.

Sorry to hear about the Scratch disk error, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working on?
