Cursor disappears after drawing for a while

I am on a Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10. I am using Photoshop CC2018 and when I draw for a while, the pen cursor just... vanishes. I can still draw, but it makes transforming objects impossible outside of basic resize. My mouse cursor won't even show up. I have to close out of Photoshop entirely and reopen for it to come back.

Caps lock is NOT on, I checked the cursor setting and its set to normal.

Is there anything I can do or am I just stuck with this? Could it be a memory issue?

It might be an OS issue rather than Photoshop.  A driver issue perhaps?

I was thinking that there are a lot of people with the same problem, but I then realized than most of them are you!

Anyway, this might help

Thank you. I tried making sure all drivers were updated but nothing helped. When drawing in other programs, the cursor never vanishes, so its bothering me.
