Cursor is moving slower then the mouse when using brush or eraser tool

Photoshop 23.4.2 (2022) - Window 10 - PC

Hello All,

When in photoshop using the brush tool or eraser tool the cursor is moving slower then the mouse. As I draw, the line can't seem to keep up with the cursor and when I move it slower it kind of just chugs along behind leaving the line bumby, jagged and not really straight.

It's been an issue for about a week now and not sure whats happend. I've tried updating photoshop, creative cloud, my computer and graphics card. Is it a preference I'm missing?
