Since implementing Creative Cloud, a very strange and obnoxious issue seems to have manifested with the cursor. I use Photoshop most often but I see this occur with any of the suite I use.
Once a program loads, every 3 seconds, the cursor changes to the "Working in background" arrow for a second then stops. This continues to happen even if I'm not in the program in question, and repeats indefinitely until the program is closed. I thought perhaps a CC service of some kind (for keeping things in sync, for example) might be the reason but it happens even if I'm not online or the CC services are stopped. I have the suite installed on two computers and both systems exhibit this behavior. It's a completely harmless bug, but it's become so distracting I almost dread having to use Photoshop for fear of having to see it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS are you using. If windows use the task manager to see what processes are running and see if one it kicking in every three seconds. You can use the creative cloud desktop prefetence to turn of sync I do.
