Cursor size bigger than brushstroke

Hi there, 

I am hoping someone can help me. I am using Photoshop CS6 and my cursor is bigger than the actual brushstroke. Its 100% hardness, no pen pressure. Cursor setting on photoshop set to normal so I dont know what is causing this issue. I am using Windows 10.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
