Custom Brushes/Swatches/Settings disappear each time PhotoShop closes???

I've been having issues with PS all week now, finally running out of ideas to fix and can't really find any solution to this online, and it's driving me insane... so asking here, maybe somebody has a fix?

Problem: My brushes, swatches, custom shapes, basically ANYTHING I ever loaded into PS disappear every time PS closes. When I open PS again next time, its gone. Only the basic brushes etc. that came with PS remain. 

I have the 20.0.6 Version, everything up to date according to the creative cloud. I didnt make any manual changes in any folders on my PC, didnt touch anything that has to do with PS at all. I just opened it up one morning, and the problem was there. Running it on Windows 10, no changes to hardware or software made when the problem appeared. 

I've been working with all these Brushes/Swatches etc. for my projects in the whole 2019. Everything worked fine all year long, and suddenly, without any warning or without me changing ANYTHING, every change I ever made is gone. Brushes are gone, Swatches are gone, custom Shapes, ... everything is just disappeared. I spent the whole night re-organizing everything and loading in everything I still had, re-naming it all, creating proper folders, ... saved it all. It was there in PS and the preset folder. Now I turn my PC on again, and everything is GONE. Just gone? In PS and in the presets folder. I'm at my wits end here. 

Does anybody have a solution for this? I need to work, my clients are getting really impatient and me leaving PS/my PC turned on for the whole week so I dont have to re-do everything each time PS closes/opens again can't be the soution? I have to use the project related setting/brushes/swatches etc. and right now I'm forced to import everything again each time I open PS. It's really tearing on my sanity, so somebody, please help? 😞
