Custom workspace retrieval

Hi,

I accidentally did reset my custom workspace and shortkeys in Photoshop (it wasn't locked).
Is there a way to retrieve it?

Thanks in advance.
Kevin

Correct answer ZnortDesigns

I managed to copy the old keyboard shortcuts and workspace files from an older version of Photoshop, and replace it in the newer version. This solved the problem.

Thanks to Ged who pointed me in the right direction!

Hi

Which version of Photoshop and operstaing system do you have, for Windows

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Presets\Keyboard Shortcuts

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings\WorkSpaces (Modified)

I'm working on a Mac and have Photoshop 2020 (ver. 21.0.0).
Thanks for your fast reply! 🙂

You'll have to wait for a MAC user to come along as I'm on Windows so can't help with the location for the MAC

The location of the file won't help since the workspace is still available, but all of the changes I made to it and the keyboard shortcuts are gone. I have the strange feeling that I lost them all and have to do it again. 😞
