Hello everyone, and sorry for my bad english, but I need advices or help urgently.

 

I had a psd file with countless hours of work on it, and when I opened it 20 minuts ago, I saw this :

 

 

Please, please tell me there is a way to get all that work back. I'm not used to this kind of issues, I have to finish in two days and I don't know what to do.
