Data Driven Graphics error

I can't figure out why I get this error. I checked everything over and over.

@Cobra Kai Hey there... you'll need to explain a bit more about what you were doing when you got this error and what version of PS you are working with. Are you running Windows 10? Is this after scanning an image? Do you have any third-party plug-ins running? What exactly are you trying to import (or export)? It could be blocked for some reason.
