Deactivate Photoshop CS6 on non-accessible computers

I want to deactivate Photoshop installations that are no longer existent (formatted hard disks, broken computers). Photoshop was installed but before formatting the harddisk it was not deactivated. CS6 products do not show up in the online account under activated devides. How can I activate the new installation?

If a solution exists, and I don't know if it does considering how old CS6 is, the only option would be through Adobe itself. You'll have to contact them about this:

Funny enough, they pointed me to this forum...

I mean I have purchased a Pro product, yes it is old but I should still be able to use it. This is also not a compatibility issue but simply a licensing check issue.

But the issue is deactivation of the old computer. We can not do that.

Perhaps you can install PS again and deactivate assuming the old servers are even operating?

Try Adobe again, only they can, if possible, do this on a dead computer you can't deactivate yourself.
