When I resize a canvas, my PS now uses a comma instead of a decimal dot (full stop).  It's both incorrect and irritating!  How do I get back to using a decimal dot / full stop?

It sounds like a system setting: decimal point-dot or comma?

If that is not the case, try a Preferences Reset:

I've found it!  On the OS, there was one section that was set to 'English (Europe)'.  I've now set it to 'English (United Kingdom) and the correct us of the decimal has returned.

Adobe will have to update their settings options as now, fortunately, England has left Europe!

Cheers for the help guys.

As I understand it, England left the European Union but is still geographically in Europe.

In Windows 10, you can change the decimal separator by going to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Additional Settings > Decimal Symbol and changing it to whatever you want.
