deleting ui from photos

hi there i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove ui from a game photo while keeping the picture still looking good, trying to get rid of all the names without disturbing all the characters behind them

You can try the Remove Tool or Generative Fill, but that will »make up« pixels, so the result may not be at all what the original content behind the graphics looked like.

And in this case the graphics covering sensitive areas like faces likely makes it an exercise in futility.

If the image file is a JPG, TIF (Single layer?), or PNG, then Not Possible. The data is 'burnt into' the pixels of the image.
