Trying to denoise some images, taken inside on a cloudy day with a rather lively dog.
Anyhow when running denoise (in ACR) at suggested settings, I am getting rather large, strange, either white, yellow, pixelated with many colours, squares on the finished image.
I've tried restarting Bridge and rebooting iMac, still getting same. Out of 20 attempts, got 1 success.
Denoise has worked, but, kind of defeats the purpose...
TIA

That's a problem with Apple's GPU driver. Nothing you can do except wait for an update from Apple.

Been working perfectly until today. I've uninstalled PS and Br, then re installed the previous version. First denoise worked, then back to blotches... so updating PS & BR again now.

Thnx D Fosse.
Got update from Apple today to Sonoma 14.4 so tried noise reduction and it worked perfectly... Happy Daze

Apple has not released Sonoma 14.4, the current release version is 14.3.1.
If you are running the public beta, it is not supported for production use or with Adobe products. Use the release version.

That's a point, I'll turn off Beta for apple, Thnx
