Desactivar interfaz heredada

Estoy usando photoshop desde hace años pero ahora quisiera usar las plantillas pederterminadas de photoshop, intente desactivar interfaz heredada pero cuando me dirigi a desactivarlo me de cuenta que no me deja intente borrando los ajustes pero nada alguien me podria explicar como solucionarlo porfavor

From within Photoshop if you go to Edit>Preferences>Plugins>Legacy Extensions, is Allow Extensions to Connect to the Internet and Load Extensions checked?
