Hi

If you're on Windows go to this location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023

Right click on Photoshop.exe

This is an OS question, not a Photoshop question. Similar to Ged's answer for Windows:

If you are on macOS,

  • right-click the PS or Bridge file in the Applications folder
    or
  • launch the app, then right-click and keep in Dock
