Desktop Icons
I'm sure someone must have asked this before, Why is there a desktop icon for Lightroom Clasic but not for Bridge or Photoshop? If there is can someone explain where to find them please.

This is an OS question, not a Photoshop question. Similar to Ged's answer for Windows:
If you are on macOS,
- right-click the PS or Bridge file in the Applications folder
or - launch the app, then right-click and keep in Dock
