Why does Desktop Photoshop NOT sync with iPad Photoshop?
Photoshop doc IS PUBLISHED to Creative Cloud. But, NOTHING shows up in iPad Photoshop.

This is like a core feature of this service right? Synching?

What does this NOT work?

Hi there,

Have you tried connecting to a different network and see if it helps?
Which version of Photoshop are you working on?
Have you tried reinstalling the app on the iPad and see if that helps?

Regards,

Sahil

“Published” is not a term Adobe uses for syncing Photoshop to Creative Cloud, so maybe it was the way you added it to Creative Cloud. In other words, how do you mean you “published” it?

  • Did you save the Photoshop document as a Photoshop Cloud Document (PSDC file)?
  • Did you save the Photoshop document as a PSD file in the Creative Cloud Files folder?
  • Did you add the Photoshop document to your Creative Cloud Libraries?
  • Did you click the Share Document icon (or choose File > Invite) to “Save as a Cloud Document…”?
  • Did you click the Share an Image icon (or choose File > Share) to Add to Lightroom Photos (which are in Creative Cloud)?

Only the first method will make it show up in Photoshop on iPad. The others won’t. So it’s important to know which way you did it.

And yes, the many ways to use Creative Cloud are confusing, and not explained well by Adobe.
