Device Doesn't meet minimum system requirements for Photoshop or Browser Issue

When I open the Photoshop program it says "Your device doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for Photoshop on the Web or you may be in a private browser or incognito browsing mode. Performance may be negatively impacted." I am able to use the tools but I still get that message. Could it be a RAM requirement? Could it mean that because of the free trial period I have a limited use of my browser? I am using this program for print files rather than for the web.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks for checking if it worked in Chrome. I tested it on Firefox version 135.0, and Photoshop for Web is running smoothly on my end. Could you see if there are any updates available for your Firefox?

My first post in this thread I hijacked lists the same version as you, v134.

Users like me usually forget to report add-ons. My really bad bad.

DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials
Adblocker Ultimate
FindFlix, Netflix Secret Category Finder
Exif Viewer

I will deactivate one by one, see if these plug-ins are the cause.

-Update #1-

all plug-ins deactivated, restarted FF, still get the error.

I suppose a machine restart would be good to test...

after computer restart, still get the error.

truth be told, I deactivated each plug-in within the plug-in.

Going to FF>Add-ons and Themes was the kicker that actually deactivated the plug-ins and no longer warns of issues.

DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials does not have a site-by-site off switch, so I will have to remember to disable it should I ever want to use PsW.

My apologies for wasting everyone's time. May my disaster serve as a warning to others.

my school chromebook has the same issue. i checked it and my device is a 64 bit ( required bit amount ) device.

i did try updating google chrome, and that didn't work. do y'all think it's the cache or something???

my 2021 M1 MacAir (meets the requirements)

Browser: Firefox 111+ recommended (running v134)

Processor: 64-bit processor with 4+ cores recommended (Apple Silicon is 64-bit; running 8 cores (4 performance and 4 efficiency))

Operating system: macOS 10.15 and later (running macOS 15.3)

RAM: 8GB recommended (✓)

Year: 2015 and later recommended(2021)

Hard disk space: 6GB of available hard disk space recommended (102GB free)

I don't use Chrome, but I did check Allow sites to save data on your device to make sure it was set to allow.

Hey @LAMY2017! I'm really sorry for the frustrations.

Did Photoshop Web work correctly for you before? Did it start showing this error after an update to the app or your browser? To narrow down if this is a Firefox issue, could you please test if it works correctly on Google Chrome or Edge?

Thanks for the tips, Aleke.

As far as Edge, I swore off Microsoft apps when I quit Windows 18 years ago, and Chrome gives me the creeps.

But I will try the spycraft. Full disclosure, I'd never tried Ps for Web until I needed it to help someone in the Community.

Chrome works. I'm not in incognito modeor private browsing mode when using FF.
