Device Limit Reached - Unable to resolve

Explorer ,
Dec 11, 2024 Dec 11, 2024

You <Mod: insult removed> at Adobe once again created yet another hurdle to seamless and comfortable use. I am trying to launch PS on my laptop when I am faced with a message saying that device limit has been reached. I used to be able to log out from my other machines right there and then but now you software geniuses suggest I look at a my account management page. Where do I log out? It just takes me to the page. What does one do with this? It's enough I have to log into my old email every time I open PS for some reason I can't opt out of your stupid 2fa, but this takes the cake. Guess what I can't even use the web version "due to an unknown error" how wonderful.
You <Mod: insult removed> need to grow a brain and get back to making wonderful industry standard software that just simply works without making my blood boil every time I want to log in.

Don't tell me to restart my computer or anything <Mod: insult removed> like that.
Most recent version of PS on Mac OS 12.7.6

As you know and had also accepted in the terms of licensing you can activate Photoshop only on two machines. If you like to use PS on a third machine you have to logout on one of the other machines first.

Activate and deactivate Adobe apps

Or you logged into your account and deactivate one of the activated installations:

Creative Cloud "Activation limit reached" or "Sign-in failed" error

You can also loggout in your Creative Cloud Desktop Client on the appropriate machine.
