dialog boxes do not show up

the dialog box constantly disappears, forcing me to force quit and lose my files because i was not able to save. it's very frustrating. this happens several times a day where i am not able to see any dialog box at all.

pleaseeeee help!!!

Do you have — or have you ever had — two monitors? This is the most common reason that we see for this.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

On the Mac Dock, you can right-click the Photoshop icon and choose "Show all windows". It will show if your dialog box is off screen or hidden behind something else.

unfortunately it is never hidden 😕

i have 3 monitors but never has there been a time where the dialog box was on another screen/hidden. and if it was hidden and i was able to find it, i still was not able to save.. the dialog box to do any further steps wouldn't pop up.

Turn it on if it's off; turn it off if it's on. See if you can see your Save As box with the other state. It may or may not help. It probably won't, but so far nothing else has.
