Digimarc Registration Included with Photoshop Subscription?

Hi,

I'm wondering if a Digimarc Barcode registration/subscription is included with a Photoshop subscription or needs to be purchased separately? 

All Adobe literature seems to imply that using the plugin is free with a Photoshop subscription but the only way I can see to get the required Digimarc ID (by clicking on the Filter > Digimarc > Embed Watermark > Persoalize button) takes me to Digimarc's pricing page with no explanation or how or whether or not it integrates with PS. 

Digimarc's own literature is equally vague about wether or not separate registration is included with an Adobe account. 

Can anyone please shed some light on this?
