Digital art what to study to reach this quality?

Hello to all, 

I have found digital paintings (by David Beraru - Facebook) and Im so curious to know what technique is this? What to stufy to reach a quality like this? I mean it seems almost computer graphic model 3D , its so neat, clear, perfect:

 

  

 

I dont understand if is:

1) AI art (and opportune retouch by painting with Photoshop over the Ai generated image) 

2) Photo stocks with I dont know what technique to smudge the imago

3) Oil Painting filters?

I dont know but I study drawing since 16 years old using my pencils or watercolors but I tried and tried but my technique never improved . 

What studies to do for this type of digital art?

Ya sabes quién es el autor y dónde encontrarle: dirígete a él. Se me ocurre. Quizá ya lo hayas hecho, pero tendrás que poner más tenacidad con él y entre sus seguidores. He hecho una breve búsqueda en internet y la oferta es amplísima. Parece que el problema más bien es encontrar aquello que se adapte a tus necesidades. Es cuestión de tiempo.
