Hi,

When I launch Photoshop, everything is OK, except Direct X.

Direct X 12 seems to be OK

My GPU is compatible with DX12

Do you have any idea about this issue?

Thanks for your help 😉

The MX130 does not fully support the features of Direct X12. You will often see it marked as Direct X 12 (Feature level 11).

So no it does not meet current system requirements.

Hi Dave and thanks for your fast answer.
What type of issue I might have then? With Photoshop and Premiere for example?

Kind regards,
Alan

The issue is that your graphics card (GPU) is not capable of performing the functions Photoshop requires. This is a hard physical limitation, not something that can be added in an update. The only remedy is to replace it with a newer and more capable card.

DirectX 12 is a programming interface. Your card is able to "speak the language" of DirectX 12, hence the claim that it supports DirectX 12. The problem is that it cannot execute all the required functions.
