disable optional third party plugins

I have tried all recommended fixes I could find regarding an error message coming up in my PS regarding plugins and the only way I can get PS to launch is to hold shift and choose yes on the message that says "Disable optional Third-Party Plugins" I have uninstalled and reinstalled PS and this is on an Apple running Ventura 13.4.1 OS and I don't know what to do to fix it?

This worked. Thank you.

Have you contacted the makers of the problem plugins? Or checked that they are supposed to be compatible with your version of Photoshop, OS, and hardware?

The ON1 plugins seem to be causing the crashes according to the crash report you posted.

I suggest you remove all the ON1 plugins like described in the following KB:

https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413402666893-How-To-Remove-Older-Plugins-From-Photoshop-Lightroom-Mac-Only-

Are the ON1 plugins you want to install the most recent updated to run on macOS Ventura under Apple Silicon Processors?
