Disappearing Pixels in Pixel art.

I have some layers in photoshop for a pixel art project. Whenever I move certain objects and then switch frames pixels on the edge will disappear for no reason. But when the sprite is moved again they come back. But then when I change frames they disappear again. What the heck is happening? This is infuriating.

If you're on PS 2019, make sure you have "Legacy Compositing" checked in the preferences under performance.

Is each object on its own layer? How were the object created - the Pencil tool? Could you post a screenshot of your Layers panel?

Yes, Each object is on its own layer. As you can see the "Quit button has the leftmost column of pixels is missing. These were imported sprites but they weren't enlarged or modified. Only moved.

Do you see this when viewing at 100%? How about 400%?
