Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details. Start by doing as it says - check the PS hardware acceleration preferences, update your graphics driver and all that good stuff...

Thank you very much for your help. My friend told me, System info also contains your Serial Number, and other private Info's, that's why you should copy paste certain area of the System info for Bug Report.

Would you please explain to me which area I should not copy paste.

Photoshop CC does not have a serial number and the system info will not reveal any important info, Feel free to send it to me via Private message.
