(Photoshop.exe.manifest文件制作内容。)

附件:Photoshop.exe.manifest文件制作内容

type="win32"
name="Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls"
version="6.0.0.0" processorArchitecture="*"
publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df"
language="*">

type="win32"
name="Microsoft.VC90.CRT"
version="9.0.21022.8"
processorArchitecture="amd64"
publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b">

level="asInvoker"
uiAccess="false"/>

http://schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2005/WindowsSettings">
falsehttp://schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2005/WindowsSettings">false>

Photoshop.exe.manifest

This is a problem as old as time for Adobe. Why they continue to ignore high-DPI screens baffles everyone. I had a registry hack to get cc 2017 exactly how I wanted. But I foolishly updated to 2018 and now its back to comically large or comically small ui. Your only solution is to go into Preferences > Interface and change the UI Scaling to 200%. 150% would be perfect on a 4k monitor but you don't get that choice and probably never will.
