Distorted png thumbnail on export - Photoshop CC

I am composing images on Photoshop CC (saving them as .psd then exporting via Export As in .png) and I keep running into problems with my exports png thumbnails, mostly in the sense it looks completely wrong.

The image I attached shows the .psd thumb nail to be working fine, while the exported png one to be botched every single time. I don't know what is causing this.

Windows 10
Photoshop CC 2020

Is your problem black background instead of transparent? It happenned to me and when copying/pasting images directly from browser. Photoshop is not quilty. You can use Bridge to browse and accuratelly preview images.

Black background with garbled layers, sometimes white boxes hovering over black backgrounds, colours flying everywhere.

These garbled thumbnails always happen when the image is exported with a transparent background.

In this image, 1 is without a transparent background and 2 is with a transparent background.

My GPU is a Nvidia RTX 3080 TI with 12 GBs of VRAM. I also tried the links you give me but when I disable transparency in the export settings, the thumbnail comes out fine.
