Distortion

Hello everyone. I am having trouble with distortions on pictures. I get them from the photographer to edit and sometimes it is just impossible to get rid of it, even when they provide the pictures in RAW. Please find an example:

Please provide an image and make clear what the offending parts are. 

How do you get the RAW images from the photographer, with or without their RAW edits?

Have you tried using the Lens Correct filter? That will auto resolve any lens distortion.
