Hi
1. Start with your image.

2. Drag a guideline from the ruler at the side (by clicking and dragging) and from the top down so that it crosses the centre (it will snap to the centre)

3. In the layers panel right click on the layer and from the menu choose "Convert to Smart Object"

4. Select the move tool and drag the corner handles so that the image fills just the top left.
(If you don't see those handles - check "Show Transform Controls" in the options bar at the top of your screen)

When done click

When done click the tick symbol at the top in the options bar
5. In the layers panel right click on the layer and choose duplicate layer.
Then with the move tool selected click on the image and drag it to the right.

6. Repeat step 5 to create and move two additional copied layers. You will end up with this:

7. In menu View - Select Clear Guides.

That is it.
Note 1 : If you wanted some white or black space around each image - add a color fill layer (Layer-New Fill Layer - Solid Color) to the bottom of the layer stack in the layers panel and adjust the size of each image by clicking on each layer, using the move tool, and dragging the corner handles.

Note 2. You can ensure that the scaling with the move tool is applied equally to vertical and horizontal by checking the link symbol in the options bar

I hope that helps you
Dave
