DNG converter 10.3 for macOS 10.10.5

Help me please : I need an earlier version of dng converter than 11.3 for mac osx 10.10.5 - I can't find any DL links of earlier versions .. anyone got a link for 10.3 ?

      I am also still needing an earlier version (I have 10.14.6)  can you please send a link for an earlier version that still works? thank you.

      You can get the adobe dng converter 13.4 from here:

      (13.4 is the newest dng converter for macOS Mojave 10.14)

      ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/cameraraw/mac/13.x
