DNG Converter does not react

Hi i just downladed the newest Version of the DNG Converter ( I m on Monterey )

It did download ( and it apparently did provid camera profiles for Luminar Neo )

 

But i can not open it . The DNG converter icon just jumps up and down and then it says DNG converter does not react .

 

Who can help ?

 

Is there a chance that the DNG converter only works if PS6 or LR is installed on the Mac ?

And if that is the resaon would it help to install photoshop elements , to make the DNG converter work ?

 

Or is there another reason ? I did update (within)  Montery ( meaning i update Montery ,  but not to Ventura ) And i deleted the DNG converter and installed  it again . Plus a restart .

 

(My PS6 and LR only work under Mojave , but there i can not update the  DNG converter anymore . But i have two systems on my imac . And under Montery i do not have PS6 nor LR . But sonehow i managed to delet DNG converter all together . So now i can not insatll it under Mojave because i can not find an old version of the DNG converter. And under Monterey the new version of the DNG converter did install but   is not reacting )

For macOS Mojave 10.145 the Adobe Dng Converter 13.4 is the newest version that works:

Is this the page where you downloaded the Adobe DNG Converter 15.2 for macOS Monterey 12.6?

In the meantime i downloaded for Mojave from Macupdate.com ( I hope that page is safe )

And its only DNG 13.0

 

And for Montery i think i used the same page . But i changed it to Germany when asked by the pop up window  , and the second time i used

Its always the same page , and it always downloads DNG 15.2

But the "operating system"  differs , it  is once Mojave and once BiG Sur 

 

And jumping back to Mojave , even so it said "operating system"  Mojave,  it did try to downlaod 15.2 and there i got the error message that this is not possible 

 

While under Montery the download went well , and does the job to provid camera profiles for Luminar Neo , but the app dng it is not opening .

 

So i still have no clue how to get the DNG Converter to work under Montery
