DNG file created by PS or LR (Camera Raw) crashes Explorer

I really like the new added function of Noise Reduction by AI.

But after creating a new DNG-file, I cannot acces this specific directory using (Windows 11) Explorer, because it crashes immediately.

This DNG-file was created from a Fuji RAF file. 
When it was created from a Nikon NEF raw file there's no problem!

So, when I remove the Nikon Codec there's also no issue anymore with RAF->DNG-files. Explorer does not crash anylonger. Except that this DNG-file has no thumbnail in Explorer.  

In addition: using Iridient X Transformer (converts RAF to DNG with many options) does not cause any problem at all.

There must be something in the header of the DNG file, inserted by Camera Raw, that causes this issue.
